In 1913, Oscar Greco founded the Greco's Bakery, adopting the motto "the taste will tell". Oscar's son Cecil Greco, born that same year and raised in the bakery, developed a natural talent and love for baking. Cecil opened the original Greco's Pizza in 1969, retaining the quality and pride in service he learned from his father.
We use modified pizza ovens to cook our pizzas directly on stone bricks. We use the finest unbleached flour with fresh baker's yeast to prepare our dough daily right here in our restaurant. Combined with the addition of cornmeal, our distinctive crust is unlike anyone else's.
That BBQ chicken pizza with thin crust and garlic sauce is literally the best pizza I've ever eaten in my life. As someone who doesn't much care for pizza, I'm blown away and so happy I decided to give this place a try while stopping in North Bay.
A BellThe inside decoration was nice. Food was great. We ordered Mexican and meet pizzas. Both were better than my expectations. Unfortunately I don't live in north bay otherwise this restaurant could be one of my regular destinations.
