In 1913, Oscar Greco founded the Greco's Bakery, adopting the motto "the taste will tell". Oscar's son Cecil Greco, born that same year and raised in the bakery, developed a natural talent and love for baking. Cecil opened the original Greco's Pizza in 1969, retaining the quality and pride in service he learned from his father.
We use modified pizza ovens to cook our pizzas directly on stone bricks. We use the finest unbleached flour with fresh baker's yeast to prepare our dough daily right here in our restaurant. Combined with the addition of cornmeal, our distinctive crust is unlike anyone else's.
The pizza is out of this world!!! Being from out of town and looking for a good pizza joint, this place hits the spot!!! The pizza deluxe is incredible!!! So many toppings and amazing sauce with lots of cheese, wow! Thank you Greco's Pizza and Pasta for an amazing supper/breakfast!!!
